Terms & Conditions – Healing Beyond The Diagnosis Book Purchase

By purchasing Healing Beyond The Diagnosis: The Emotional Work That Creates True Transformation, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions.

1. Pre-Order Terms
This purchase is a pre-order. The estimated shipping timeframe is early May 2025. By placing an order, you acknowledge that this product will not be immediately available and will be shipped at a as soon as possible. The Luxe Limited Edition has a different cover to the paperback as displayed on this checkout page.

2. Shipping & Fulfillment
Worldwide shipping is available, with delivery estimated to take between 10 to 30 days depending on your location. Orders are expected to begin shipping from 6th May 2025. Once orders have been shipped, a bulk email notification will be sent. Tracking is not available for this product.

If you purchase a bump offer (the journal) or an upsell (an extra gifted book), these items will be shipped together with your original order. They will not be shipped separately. The gifted book must be sent to the same address as the original order, and we are unable to ship to multiple locations.

3. Bonuses & Digital Content
All pre-orders include exclusive bonuses, which will be delivered after the book launch. These include access to the online launch party in May 2025, a behind-the-scenes video series, an online book club (one call a month May-August), and audio recordings designed to complement the book. Digital bonuses will be delivered after the online launch party.

4. Refunds, Cancellations & Exchanges
All sales are final. This product is non-refundable and non-returnable. There are no cancellations of orders, so please choose intentionally before purchasing. Bump offers and upsells are also non-refundable. We do not offer exchanges or replacements for change-of-mind purchases.
